Meetings of the Midwest Bonsai Society are held at the new Regenstein Center of the Chicago Botanic Garden - 1000 Lake Cook Road, Glencoe, IL 60022. Meetings will be held in either the Burnstein Hall or in the Fairchild Room. The guard in the Regenstein Center will direct you to the correct room.
Meetings will take place on the following dates:

July 7, 2008
7:00pm - There is no bonsai 101 this evening. Come early to check out what's for sale. Beginners always welcome to bring trees for advice.
7:30pm - General Meeting - Watch as six different demonstrators work on 6 nearly identical shimpaku junipers. A great example on how each and every one of us has our own vision for a future tree. A repeat of our popular boxwood demo last year, though hopefully without the storm.
