The Society needs your assistance to help set up! Please talk to a Board member about volunteering for setting up, vendor unloading, or tearing down at the end of the show.

7:00am Vendor Unloading - This is when we help the vendors unload their materials.

10:00am Room Set-up - This is the time when we set up the room, place tables, dress tables, etc. in preparation for the show.

12:00pm Tree Registration - from noon to 8:00pm is the time to bring your trees to get them registered.
