Show Weekend Schedule
The Society needs your
assistance to help set up and run the show! We have one of
the best shows in the Midwest, and we need your help to
keep it that way. Please talk to a Board member, or email
midwest.bonsai@yahoo.com
about volunteering for setting up, vendor unloading,
information table, raffle table, show security or
tearing down at the end of the show. Every minute that
the show is open, we need help! Please consider
volunteering a few hours over the weekend. Thank you.

8:00am Room Set-up - This is the time when we set up the
room, place tables, dress tables, etc. in preparation for
the show.
Thursday, August 19, 2010
7:00am Vendor Unloading - This is when we help the vendors
unload their materials.
12:00pm Tree Registration - from noon to 8:00pm is the time
to bring your trees to get them registered.
Friday, August 20, 2010
8:00am Judging - The main show is closed for the private
judging session at this time.
12:00pm Show Opens - The show opens to the general public.
