Show Weekend Schedule
The Society needs your
assistance to help set up! We have one of the best shows in
the Midwest, and we need your help to keep it that way.
Please talk to a Board member about volunteering for
setting up, vendor unloading, or tearing down at the end of
the show.
Wednesday, August 13
8:00am Room Set-up - This is the time when we set up the
room, place tables, dress tables, etc. in preparation for
the show.
Thursday, August 14
7:00am Vendor Unloading - This is when we help the vendors
unload their materials.
12:00pm Tree Registration - from noon to 8:00pm is the time
to bring your trees to get them registered.
Friday, August 15
8:00am Judging - The main show is closed for the private
judging session at this time.
12:00pm Show Opens - The show opens to the general public.
1:00pm Friday Workshops Begin
Saturday, August 16
9:00am - 5:00pm Show Open
9:00am Saturday Morning Workshops Begin
1:00pm Saturday Afternoon Workshops Begin
Sunday, August 17
9:00am - 5:00pm Show Open
9:00am Sunday Morning Workshops begin
1:00pm Sunday Afternoon Children's Workshop
5:00pm - Tear Down - pick up your trees, and help tear the
room down.
